1. How to Apply Your Voucher

• Visit the LEVEL UP website or app and go to the Contact section.
• Fill in the following details:
  • Name
  • Email ID used to place your order
  • In the Message field, type:
    Voucher: [Your Code Here]
• Submit the form. Our team will verify and apply the voucher manually.

2. Usage Rules

• One voucher can be used only once per customer and per order.
• The voucher applies to the total price of the order.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient.

3. Confirmation

• After your order is placed and the voucher is verified, you will receive a confirmation email from LEVEL UP stating that your voucher has been successfully applied.
• If the voucher is invalid, expired, or misused, our team will notify you accordingly.

4. Validity Period

• Each voucher is time-limited and must be used within the validity period mentioned on the coupon.
• Vouchers not availed within the specified time frame will be considered expired and cannot be redeemed.

5. General Conditions

• LEVEL UP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any coupon offer at its discretion.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of vouchers may result in cancellation of the order or restriction from future offers.
• By submitting a voucher request, you agree to these terms and conditions.
