• We accept returns and exchanges within 2 Days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.
• Important: To be eligible for a return due to damage, customers ( must record a video while unboxing the package before opening or using the product.) This video serves as proof in case the item arrives damaged.
• We take great care to ship products in super-condition packaging, and this video helps us verify any issues quickly and fairly.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 7–10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
